AS OF NOVEMBER 2020 ALL HOMES ARE COMPLETE THEREFORE ALL FINISHES HAVE ALREADY BEEN SELECTED, HOWEVER, YOU CAN PREVIEW THE VARIOUS STYLES WE HAVE CURATED FOR THE HOMES AT CROI.

NO PROBLEM!

If these design palettes just don't float your boat, then we are happy to offer you a custom tailored interior design package. We will work together with you to hand-select unique fixtures and colors. This service is an additional cost - reach out to our team for more details.

STEP 4 - GET FINANCING

We have a preferred lender that we recommend, as they are offer very competitive rates. Because they are our preferred lender, they are already familiar with The Croi development and will give you red carpet rapid and efficient service.

If you already have a bank you have a good relationship with that you feel would give you efficient, hassle-free financing - then great! We'll work with your bank to get your financing, and all they will require is a signed purchase contract. We'll provide that once you meet with us and all selections are finalized, including your home design, lot, and finish selections.
